Do recipients need a TrustInk account?

No. Recipients open their individual signing link to review the document and complete their assigned fields. If you have enabled an access code, they need that code too.

Can people sign in a particular order?

Yes. Use sequential signing when one person must sign before the next, or parallel signing when everyone can respond independently.

What do I receive when signing is complete?

You can download the completed PDF and its completion certificate. The record includes signing details and a document hash to help verify the completed file.

Can I use my own company branding?

Yes. Configure your company name, logo and colour so the signing experience feels familiar to your recipients. Custom branding is included in the Business plan.
