A reusable starting link
Publish one PowerForm link for a suitable single-recipient document.
TrustInk PowerForms turn a reusable template into a self-service signing link. Share it from your website or onboarding instructions, so each visitor can start their own agreement without waiting for a manual invitation.

Each submission creates its own envelope from the selected template.
The visitor supplies their name and email, then continues to the document.
Some documents begin with a person coming to you: a new supplier following onboarding instructions, for example, or a customer acknowledging information. A PowerForm gives that person a consistent starting point. They enter their details, receive a new envelope created from your template and continue to review and sign.
The visitor does not need a TrustInk account. Each submission is a separate agreement with its own signing progress, so one person’s completed document is not reused for the next visitor. This supports repeat processes without asking the sender to prepare each request manually.
Start with a reviewed template and a clear set of fields for one signer. Use a title that explains what the visitor is about to open, and check that the wording makes sense without a sender editing it for each recipient. For requests involving several named parties or a countersignature, prepare a standard envelope with the full recipient list instead.
PowerForms currently collect a visitor’s name and email before creating the envelope. Other information belongs in the fields of the signing document. The submitted email is the visitor’s supplied contact detail; the form is not an identity verification or email-ownership check.
Create the PowerForm through the API using a saved template, then place the returned link in the relevant website page or onboarding instructions. Tell visitors why they are being asked to sign and what happens afterwards. Clear surrounding instructions make the signing request easier to understand before the document opens.
PowerForm management uses API access, available on Business and Unlimited plans. Before sharing a live form, verify your sending domain and check the workspace’s sending allowance: successful submissions create and send envelopes. Plan for the expected number of visitors rather than treating a public link as unlimited capacity.
The API lists your PowerForms with their template, link and use count, and allows a form to be removed when it should no longer accept new submissions. Review the resulting envelopes in the workspace. Where another system needs the completed document, use the envelope API and completion webhooks to connect the handoff.
Test the journey with a representative document before placing a link in front of customers. Check the template, required fields, wording and final PDF, then decide who in your team will respond when a visitor has a question. Self-service works best when the surrounding process is as clear as the signing screen.
No. Each submission creates a new envelope from the selected template. The reusable link is the starting point; each person’s agreement is a separate record.
The current form creates one signer from the visitor’s details. Use a single-recipient template. For several parties or a countersignature, use a standard envelope or a purpose-built API workflow.
PowerForms are created and managed through the developer API on a plan with API access. A saved template, verified sending domain and available live sending capacity are needed for the public signing journey.
